The quotation form prepares a WhatsApp message using the details you enter. Those details are sent to our team only when you send the message in WhatsApp.
Our confidentiality commitment
We treat the personal information you share with LVTOPSUN as confidential. We use it to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quotation, fulfil your order and provide after-sales support. We do not sell your personal information or share it with unrelated third parties.
Access is limited to people handling your request. If another party needs your details to carry out an agreed service, such as delivery or installation, we will explain this and seek your permission. WhatsApp and website hosting providers process information under their own privacy terms as described below.
Report suspicious activity
If you receive suspicious calls, messages, payment requests or requests for personal details claiming to be from LVTOPSUN, contact our official company number 0719 777 999 to report the activity and verify the request.
Your quotation list
The products you add to a quotation list are saved in your browser on this device. You can remove individual products from the list. Product comparisons are kept only while the page is open.
Anonymous visit counting
The website activity meter counts anonymous browser visits. A random token in your browser’s session storage prevents page reloads and navigation from adding extra visits. A new visit begins after 30 minutes without activity. While a page is visible, it sends an activity update every 30 seconds. Browsing now includes visits seen within the last 90 seconds.
The counter stores only the random visit token, its last activity time and whether the page is active. It does not store names, contact details, IP addresses or your browsing history. Inactive token records are removed after approximately 24 hours when subsequent activity is recorded; cumulative totals remain. The total begins when tracking is enabled and is not a count of unique people.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable visit counting. You can also change the counting preference for this device below. Viewing the meter does not require being counted.
Solar calculator enquiries and downloads
You can use the calculator without supplying contact details. If you request personalised downloads, we ask for your name, phone number, town and permission to contact you about your solar system and quotation. We save those details, your system inputs, calculated estimate, consent and download reference privately for quotation follow-up. Reports and diagrams contain your name and reference. Only staff with authorised dashboard access can view saved enquiries; the contact number is supplied by you and is not independently verified.
Download access expires after 10 minutes and is limited to six file requests per access grant. We also use a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit spam. You may request access to or deletion of your saved enquiry, or withdraw follow-up permission, by contacting info@lvtopsunkenya.com and quoting your reference. We retain enquiries while handling your quotation and related customer service, and review records for deletion when no longer needed.
External services
WhatsApp and Google Maps links open third-party services, which apply their own privacy terms. Website hosting services may process standard technical request information to deliver and protect the website.
